Please use cubecell_module_v2 ID for board option in “platformio.ini” (Project Configuration File):

platform = heltec-cubecell
board = cubecell_module_v2
You can override default Heltec CubeCell-Module-V2 (HTCC-AM01-V2) settings per build environment using
board_*** option, where *** is a JSON object path from
board manifest cubecell_module_v2.json. For example,
board_build.mcu, board_build.f_cpu, etc.

Debugging
Debugging currently does not support Heltec CubeCell-Module-V2 (HTCC-AM01-V2) board.
