Please use cubecell_module_plus ID for board option in “platformio.ini” (Project Configuration File):

board = cubecell_module_plus
You can override default Heltec CubeCell-Module Plus (HTCC-AM02) settings per build environment using
board_*** option, where *** is a JSON object path from
board manifest cubecell_module_plus.json. For example,
board_build.mcu, board_build.f_cpu, etc.

Debugging
Debugging currently does not support Heltec CubeCell-Module Plus (HTCC-AM02) board.
